I didn't like the 1 piece housings I had on mine, but I think those would look better on yours since it's a darker color. Try searching around online and see if you can find pics of them on trucks the same color as yours to give you an idea.

I actually built my headlights. I bought a pair of hid projectors from theretrofitsource.com and installed them into a set of non-fluted headlight housings

He's probably talking about the torsion/shackle lift. You just get lift shackles for the rear leafs and then turn the torsion bar keys 8 turns to give between 2" and 3" of lift. You'll need an alignment afterwards too.
