Ok I checked the code, it's P0355 which is a few things. Faulty ignition coil. It's not that because I tested it at autozone and it tested good. These also come up
- Ignition Coil 5 harness is open or shorted
- Ignition Coil 5 circuit poor electrical connection
- Faulty Engine Control Module (ECM)

You might have damaged a coil or wiring when removing them. I'd definitely look at coil 5. And I wouldn't trust autozone's testing of things.

i would swap the coil off the #5 plug to another one if you have the 4.7 the misfire should follow the bad coil

The issue has been resolved! I swapped the coils that didn't work, so I checked the gap one more time put everything back together and now it runs like a God! Thanks for all the help everyone!
