Default changing PCM

I changed the pcm in my 2000 durango, p/n on old matches number on new one, no p codes, plenty of gas, but it acts like its not getting fire, checked plugs, they're getting fire and motor is getting fuel. ???? what about an anti theft reset or some other reset sequence?????

The dealer has an expensive tool most shops don't that flashes pcm's or there are services that you can send it in to.
