Default Great brakes but....

02 durango with new front calipers, pads, rotors, master cylinder, brake booster, and bled professionally lines and abs mod. Back brakes are good. Got great stopping power but I noticed my pedal goes to the floor with a good amount of pressure to the pedal. It's that normal? The pedal holds pressure when its off. When I start it the pedal drops to the floor. I'm thinking a vacuum leak but idk where. Everything looks good. Just did the plenum plate and I took my time and torqued everything and the engine runs perfect. I also have the cat off at the moment and it will be back on soon so only running with half an exhaust. Is this pedal travel normal, have a leak, or is the exhaust the cause?

How about posting a video of the brake pedal going to the floor?
