Default PO456 SMALL EVAPORATIVE LEAK

DOES ANY BODY HAVE A CLUE WHAT TO DO WITH THIS CODE? I PUT ON A NEW GAS CAP BUT TO NO AVAIL. I CLEAR THE CODE & WHEN THE TANK GETS DOWN TO 1/4 FULL THE LIGHT COMES RIGHT BACK ON AGAIN. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

you still have a leak... clean the top of the filler tube and make sure the hose clamps are tight.
