Iceman CAI, 55mm TB, P&P intake, Indy head w/1mm oversized Valves, Crane 14 cams, Pacesetter headder, OBX LSD, Unorthodox UDP, Solid bobble strut. solid front motor mount. prothane motor mounts. Battery in trunk, KYB-gr2 w/Eibach Sportline Springs, Eibach Sway Bars, Every bushing replaced with Prothane bushings.

if you want to build it right you could take a c/top frame from a cavalier with some mods it should fit there pretty close to the neon

Ya I do agree the interior n all the other crap is just that, crap, but if done right a conv neon would look nice.
