I could pimp my fkn Neon damn good for the$3000 you stuck in the Hahn kit. I couldhave a totallybuilt turboengine,New Hood, Rims,Stereo System,Performance Axles and toughen up my transmission and in the end have a 12 second performer if not more.
though you forgot about all this crap in your $3000 budget....
Thats what I would do to my own car if I had $3000. I just wanted a pretty fast Neon that is fun to drive I'm not looking to kill myself.

I've already got a Crane Cams Camshaft I've had for a month (Crane 158-0012 ), although I did forget to mention that theres a guy selling me the Rims, hood and axles for a good price but I did say "if I had $3000" I'm a resourceful shopperand could charm the pants off any seller.

Deals are there you just got to look for them, Neons are a popular car to mod right now and theres actually about 3 guys in a 20 mile radius from me who I've gotten awesome **** from, like the Crane cams Camshaft and the turbo and no the 3rd guy within a few months is going to sell me his Power Bulge Hood and sweet ass rims and axles for a good price.

The Just a Neon saying still bugs me, to me the Neon is a MOPAR and that is like family to me and I can not abandon family.

As for the $3000 price tag I should have elaborated that this goes for me for getting all the stuff I mentioned in that post you quoted of mine Spud. But I still retain that if I didn't need all those odds and ends I could build a good turbo motor for around $1500. The other trick is to buy the SRT-4 Engine lol. I actually found a complete workingbottum end without a head from a totaledTurboPT Cruiserengine that I might check into getting but only on a few conditions.
