Hello fellows... i got a problem with my neon 98, the tps was bad, and i changed, i knew it was bad cuz i saw in a forum that said "You can test if the tps its bad cheking the input voltage"... so i did it, with the bad tps was 7.8v, i changed the tps and the voltage still being 7.8v, on the neon must be 5v, and iunno waht to do i change almost all the sensor and nothng, so what can i do for it?

What caused you to come about this "TPS is bad"? CEL? Not sure on the voltage issue but if you changed it with a brand new one then don't focus on the sensor. Could be a bad pcm signal or some other sensor there is routed into the TPS. TPS helps control A/f ratio and other stuff....
