Question 95 plymouth neon with just fixed now sensor trouble

I have a 95 Plymouth SOHC which i just fixe up after my water pump siezed, and snaped my timing belt. I had completely rebuilt the head. All new valves and had to replace 2 rockers. I also flushed out the radiator more times than i can count. My pistons are good and i have about 180 psi in all four cylinders. I was driving it for about a week and it was running great. Then i parked it one day and tried to start it up about 20 minutes later, and i got nothing. Its hard but i can get it to start and even idle. But when i try to give it some gas it just die's. It just boggs out. If i work the throttle fast off and on i can get it to rev up to about 4 grand then it acts fine sometimes or it will just keep trying to die. When i do this and i let it drop rpm, sometimes it goes back to idle and sometimes it just dies. Once i got it to actually start just fine and rev out perfectly but it only lasted for about 3 minutes and it went back to not wanting to run. I have replaced the air filter. I have not checked the compression yet but it does idle fine but only for a minute. So i dont belive its a compression issue. So i rented a OBD-II scanner from auto zone and i got 5 codes back.

It said they are:

P0505 Idle controle system malfunction
P0123 TPS/Pedel position sensor A circuit high input
P0108 MAP/BARO circuite high input
P0113 IAT sensor 1 circuite high input
P1294 Manufacturer controle fuel air metering

I have no idea where to start. Please help.
