Idle was great car ran awesome b4 this piece of crap problem im having now.

My dad did the timing belt and water pump for me im not that car savvy and hes done about 20+ in his life i was not there guess i shoulda been but i got more confidence he did it right then any mechanic i ever taken car too. also vaccum leak is outta question i got NO SPARK! thats the problem. tensioner is unknown on the timing belt i got given the car.and it had about 150K miles.

Checked car with noid light for juice at injectors GOT NOTHING! im guessing my PCM went out anyone shed light on this subject? or how i can further test the PCM
So FAR NO SPARK NO Juice at Injector Plug Ins. Please help!

Default same problem

ive been having the same problem almost my neon is also a 95 atx sohc. i just recently rebuilt the motor and tranny in october of 08 and my neon will occasionally idle very low when i press my brake pedal. not sure what the problem all sensors were replaced along with fuel pump,water pump, everything but my fuel injectors and my fuel rail. now mind you my car had about 255,000 on it when i got it in 05 so im really feeling like this could be the problem because also if i put the car in neutral and drift the rpm with jump up and down about 200rpm around 1000 to 1200rpm its wierd and ive ran lucas fuel injector cleaner several times.i have a larger throttle body 60mm aem cold air intake, pacesetter header and 2.5 exhaust done, bosch platium 4 plugs ,gratelli spark plug wires and msd coil,also i have an underdrive pulley from modernperformance and am not running power steering,and am running royal purple oil in my car any info?
