Not all 95's are equipped with the tach wire, but some are. Plug it in and see what happens. Don't forget to swap your odometer into the new cluster to keep your milage correct.

What symptoms does this fix? Them not working at all or something else? Right now my gages sometimes go nuts. The needle in the gauges move up and down like an equilizer. Could this fix the problem?

Just take all the screws out and pull it out and swap odometers. You will need a T9 torx bit to the the final 2 screws that secure the ododmeter.

yeah i did that it was super easy cannot believe i never thought of it do you have to torx it ???

Not torque, but a Torx bit.

lol.. yeah i got it thanks lol wow i feel retarted

yeah it should work out pretty good i just got the new cluster today and still no speedometer so im going to need some help that the 4th cluster ive put in my car everyone says its the cluster ITS NOT THE CLUSTER

Were Is The Speed Sensor On A 98 Dodge Neon Unforntnantly An Sohc
but i might upgrade as soon as i get a better job

haha my heater core went out yeah!!!!

so i just unpluged the hoses going into the heater and hooked them together for the time being . so i dont have a heater

SPEED SENSOR CABLE LOCATION PLEASE!!!
not yelling just very enthusiastic

Your VSS is on top of the thanny held in by (1) 10mm bolt.
