my 98 r/t turbo is leanen out i think

i got a 98 neon r/t turbo with the hahn racecraft set up on it it seams like its leanen out i pulled the fuel rail off and the injectors and no fuel is coming out can some give me some feedback or if they had problem please help

Have you checked your fuel pump? Pressure?
