Default piece of junk

I got a 2000 neon 2.0l automatic. The other day, on my way to work, I noticed my car starting to stall a little. The check engine light came on. I got to work just fine. On my way home, the stalling got worse and worse. It got so bad with the jerking that I didn't think I would make it home. It was also backfiring. I stopped in at advance auto and it the coffee was p1391. So I changed the cam and crank position sensor. Took it for a test drive and it was still stalling. So, I pulled the ignition harness out of the car. Most of the wires that goes to the cam, crank, speed, coil and injectors were melted. So, I went about redoing the wiring and put it back in the car. I drove it for three day, and it seemed fine. The fourth day, it started again. But the code it threw this time is p0354. It says number one cylinder. But with the coil pack, shouldn't it show number one and number four cylinder? And does anyone kno what's wrong with the piece of junk?
