I've read all over that you can do a 2.4l swap. But i havent actually found a list of what you need to do it. Are we talking pull out your whole 2.0 and then dropping in a 2.4 or is it just modifying the 2.0 to a 2.4 by changing parts?

the pcm and wiring can still be used....you just have to change a few sensors around.....im not sure about the intake manifold but the exhaust will work
