Do you already own the 318? If not you might want to just get a 360 instead. More displacement, pretty much the same cost and effort to swap in, and you won't get but 1 mpg less I'd bet.
My best guess - different motor mounts, possibly different tranny crossmember, you'll have to get the throttle cable, fuel lines, all the wiring, and kickdown cables sorted, as well as adjusting the length of the driveshaft if that needs it... but realistically the motor fits right in. Might need a bigger radiator too.
I had a 78 dodge ram with the slant six, and we dropped in a 318 from a 86 ramcharger, as long as you take the motor mounts from the vehicle that you are taking the 318 out of, it will match up perfectly. The wiring is another story...
