Auto Shut Down relay... goes off ignition switch and crank sensor... f working correctly it will shut off your fuel pump and such after about 2 seconds of not receiving a crank signal from the crank sensor...
also have you checked all your fuses?

If its not turning over then I wouldnt worry about the ASD too much.

Is it an auto or manual? manual trans have a clutch safty switch that can go bad.

Could easily be the starter relay or the solenoid or starter itself. Check your voltage going to the starter on the ignition wire, if you have power there then its your solenoid/starter. You can jump connectors to tell if its the solenoid.

a faulty clutch safety switch will not cause the fuel pump to not turn on
