Hey Everyone, I got a 1993 ramcharger 5.9 V8 motor MPFI.
I want to put a dual exhuast system in it, but it only has one
oxygen sensor in it. what would be the correct procedure to
to hook up two sensors or just leave one in?
Thanks.

Just keep the one on there. No need to add another. The O2 sensor or computer will not know you put duals on it.

This. I put true duals on my '92 with no issues. Passes smog, even though it's mileage exempt. DEPENDING on your jurisdiction, you may STILL need CATS. I have JEGS hi-po CATS on mine, so it passes the VISUAL inspection, which - by mileage - it's IMMEDIATELY exempt from. Oy...
Assuming yours is 4WD, you will need to snake a LOTTA pipe underneath. My muffler man & I went with 2 1/4" pipe, because it's the biggest pipe that would FIT. That, and the backpressure is just right with glasspaks, in my case. With bigger pipes on a 318/360, you'd be blowing a lot of your TORQUE out the exhaust, otherwise.
We also had to relocate the cruise control module to the TOP of the transfer case skid, although, it doesn't work anymore anyways. Not sure I'd want to set the CC on a lifted truck running 35's anyhow, but there you have it...
Something to look forward to. Here's mine, with Magnaflow glasspaks.
