Default No low beams or body lights, only high beams

I'm having an issue with my headlights. I have no low beams but my brights work just fine. I had running lights till they gave out. I've switched the headlight switch connector, it was a little melted inside, and the headlight swith itself. I also changed the multfunction switch still nothing but if I pull on headlight switch just right I get the running lights but no low beams.

Clean the grounds for the headlights, should be on rad support.
Then put lights on relays to keep from having everything melt again.

I think i found the ground, looked clean but I cleaned them anyway. Still nothing. I did find a dark green wire with a red stripe on both headlights that weren't connected to anything. I can't figure out where or what this wire is for.

Could it be a bad ecm? Or could the plugs the connect to the back of the headlight have gone bad? I've been leaning more towards the ecm but could it be as simple as the three prong connector to the headlight?
