Unhappy 1989 318 4x4 code 14

Truck is doing the stalling while accelerating and inconsistent idle. Seems like when it is warm outside, it will run good, but when its cold or raining it will run rough. Code 12 and 14 came up.

I have watched the IAC and it just moves in and out while truck is idling. I have watched spray and it seems to stop spraying for split second, and this is when the idle goes down low....erratic. Please help, as this is driving me nuts.

Thanks, I see that the 14 says "MAP sensor voltage too low". Does this mean the MAP sensor is bad or something else?? Thanks again.

MAP sensor would be a good place to start. Probably not to expensive. Just reset the PCM once you install the new senor.
