I have a 90 D150 with 5.2 engine that I have had a problem with idle on when cold. No codes set. I checked vacuum at the map sensor. Found the vacuum passage at the throttle body was partially restricted. Rather than take the throttle body off, I hooked up the hose to fitting on the brake booster. Runs great now. Will pull throttle body off later. newtjr
