Default Cummins Rod & Main Bearing Replacement In Chassis

First time post.
I need advice on rolling new bearings into my '93 w250 with 300K miles. Is this advisable or does the engine need to be pulled? I'm replacing the oil pan gasket and want to freshen the lower end while I'm there.

You should ask that question here https://dodgeforum.com/forum/dodge-ram-diesel-88/
Or try one of the many diesel forums on the web or 4bt.com
They know those Cummin's inside and out.
