Default D350 gasser not starting

1989, 360, TBI, 4 speed, dually

Im almost out of ideas with this one.
I have power to the starter but it will not turn over with the key. I used a jumper and the starter does turn it over fine.
I took off the ignition switch on steering column, took it apart and inspected it, all looks good. When installing it i put it on loose so i could try different positions with key turned and clutch in, nothing happens. I can hear something clicking, and another sound like the injectors or something humming for a couple seconds.
I found 2 switches on the trans, one where speedo enters, theres a plug/switch beside it, and one near the floor at the shifter. The one at the shifter has power to one side. Didnt check the other yet.

I'm not sure if or where there is a clutch safety switch. Its hydraulic clutch and no wiring on the complete line from pedal to bellhousing.

Any ideas on this ?

Thanks for the diagram, seems its different than my vehicle. I believe mine was a fleet vehicle if that makes any difference.

Anyway i got it to turn over, the starter relay was bad. So i now have no power going to the coil which also means no power to fuel pump.

If the fuel pump relay was bad would that cause no power to coil?

Does the hot side of the coil connect to the ballast resistor and the starter relay?

As for the relay, I don't know. I have seen diagrams where ignition and fuel run off the same relay, and others that run off separate relays. Check the wire color on the coil and pump. If it's the same, they're probably on the same relay.

This is the only wiring diagram that I have found, and it's pretty basic.

Hot side goes from starter relay to coil i believe. there is no ballast resistor. The wire from coil to pump is grey.
I have a new fuel pump relay coming in tomorrow. Existing one looks to be very corroded.

I was looking up parts and found that i have a 1990 distributor in this 1989 truck. There is a difference in the wiring and plugs on the two.

Question

The wire from coil to pump is grey.

The pump isn't pumping?
Can you bypass the pump relay?

no power to the pump or coil. i can make the pump run by jumping wires. so it does work.

I'm a little puzzled: The coil is connected to the starter relay (power source?) and the pump. And there is also a fuel pump relay? Does this mean that the fuel pump and coil would be getting power from both? Or should they only be connected to one?

Im not 100% on that. I'll have to check the relay to coil power source.

Im in the process of removing all loom and tape off wires under the hood, finding some interesting stuff. The power wire to coil is attached to 3 green wires. Rain is messing with me at the moment.
