i have a 91 d150 2WD and wanted to do the same superlift you did in the rear and add some d350 springs in the front with a 2” coil spacer and add a 3” body lift as well to fit 35’s.. have you addded the body lift yet and what size tires are you running?

just add the 2" coil spacers to the springs you got. i don't think they would work with new d350 springs. 2" is about the max you can lift the front. all you end up doing if you have too much lift is bashing the upper control arm on the spring pocket. 2" spacer with the stock broken in springs would likely give you exactly what you need but not be too much

okay thank you! Do you think the coil spacers plus body lift should be enough to clear 35’s? With little bit of trimming on the fender?

Lift Info
Sorry to dig up an old thread here, just picked up my grandpas old 85 and looking to do some work on her. LowNSloan86, you’re rockin’ exactly what I’m looking to do. I noticed in some other posts you made that you said you had to buy new u-bolts when you did the rear block kit? Just longer than what were supplied with the kit?
Also when you put the new springs up front was there anything else you had to do to the suspension? Longer shocks maybe? Any info is greatly appreciated!!
