Working on a project here...a 1990 Power Ram with a 5.7 liter Hemi. I stripped it down to frame, durlined it and began rebuilding. I modified the engine mounts to accept an 04 5.7 Hemi. Now the problem...The freaking transfer case is one the wrong side. On the 1990 the transfer case goes to passenger side, while in 04 ram it goes to drivers side...What do I do now? can I just spin the transfer case 180 degrees and bolt it back down? or will the transfer case from my 1990 fit this tranny? please help...I made a huge mistake without checking this out first.

Try looking for a axle with the pumpkin on the drivers side then.

You should actually be able to flip it if your really just turning the output shaft towards as differnt side. The mounting will be differnt because you flipped it.
