You can get them at NAPA in the help section. They come 2 per pack so you need two packs. They are called wiper linkage bushings and the NAPA part # is 665-1537. I replaced all 4 for $5.00. A lot less work than what you are contemplating and probably cheaper also. Charlie is correct that removing the whole linkage is easiest and a little grease helps them go together. I used my vise and a socket, for better control than a hammer, to press it all back together. Here is to another 20 years of problem free operation.

the wipers on my 83 haven't been working for a long time now... and it turns out the motor in my truck already works...
Hmmmm... the wipers in my 90 D150 aren't working, and I was going to AutoZone for a rebuilt motor as well... What was the problem with your original wiper motor? Just curious to see if I can save some bucks...

The main problem I have had with the wiper motors is they lose their internal ground.
Just ran a 10 gauge wire from the moter to the fire wall.
Been working for several years now.
You guys may have just saved me about $120. YEah, that's what a new motor is running these days from Advanced Auto in Florida.
I'm going to go check those bushings and the grounding.
There was a very audible "pop" and the wipers just stopped. They didn't even fall back into place, though they did both move down when I manually lowered them by hand. The noise did sound like it might have been a ground disconnect (my battery terminal did the same thing until I fixed it)
Ya know I'm thinkin that if the wipers move by hand, like on my truck, it's probabley a bad/broken motor... If you try to move the wipers on another vehicle, you'll notice they won't budge...
