Question 86 Dodge Wheel Bearings

I have a 1986 D-100 and the wheel bearings have been replaced several times on this truck, right front, and I am wondering if something else is wrong. This truck only has 130,000 miles on it and the right front wheel bearing has been replaced 5 times. Any ideas would be helpful, thanks.
