Any decent drivetrain shop can make you one. Much safer than using another junkyard one. Not too bad of a price either, around $100 for mine if I remember correctly. They can re-use your yokes or install new ones.
Place a u-joint cap in the yokes and measure center of u-joint cap to center of u-joint cap, for the correct length measurement. The weld to weld length may be different due to different length yokes. Leave about 1 1/2" for travel at the front yoke.
