Where can I get a spark cotrol cumputer of my 86 Power Ram?

Auto Zone used to have refurbished ones. Don't know if they still do or not.

Can I use a Ignition Controller (like a msd or other boxes) instead of the scc?

As long as your distributor has the ability to advance(vacuum,mechanical)on its own.
Does it have a vacuum line going to it?

No vacuum on my dustributor.

I have this on my 87 5th ave.
Mopar Performance P3690426 - Mopar Performance Electronic Conversion Kits with Distributor
Been on there for 6 years with no problems.
Got mine from Mancini. Summit has them too.

Well I put a new distributor in it all ready and just going with a new SCC.
