Yea I had the same experience... its a pain but there are a couple tricks of the trade. The guy that did my car put the tint on the outside of the windows and shrunk it to fit with a heat gun, then put it on the inside with your standard soapy water, etc. Shouldn't be as hard on an old truck because the windows don't curve 2 directions, that's where you run into the most problems.
Yeah ran down to the Autozone and picked up some Gila 20%.
Creased and bubbled the passenger side. Went back at it a couple hours later and did a decent job on the drivers window.

Is soap and water better than the Gila app. spray?
