Default 2008 Avenger Cabin heat issues

Greetings everyone, I have a 2008 Dodge Avenger, 2.7 V6, I have aprox 90,000 miles on it right now. I have a issue with getting heat inside the car. I have replaced the thermostat, today I verified the mixing door is working correct with switch inside the car. I cant get crap for heat inside the car after it has warmed up to operating temp., The temp of the coolant flowing through the hoses under the hood and into and out of heat exchanger are aprox 165 degrees. Im at my wit's end with this thing and its cold out now days and I need heat!! If anyone has any info about sim. problems and how you got them fixed, please share here!! Thanks a tons in advance!!

Have you checked your cabin air filter? You access it behind the glovebox. If you have never changed it out it could be plugged.
