Question 2008 Dodge Avenger throwing code P0301

My 2008 Dodge Avenger slipped out of OD on the way home from work, was also hesitating a bit while driving and check engine light came on. Drove it to Pep Boys to get the codes read and was throwing Codes
P0315
P0301
P0339
P0335
P0300

Took it to the shop and they replace the crankshaft sensor and 3 of the codes dropped. Ended up changing out all 4 spark plugs and all 4 coils and it dropped another code. The check engine light is still on and is still throwing Code P0301.
Does anyone have any ideas what maybe throwing this code? The car seems to be running fine other then a little bit of a rough idle. The engine light stays on and occasionally will blink and then go back steady. I do have a leak in the valve cover gasket as the coils were wet with oil. I will replacing the valve cover gasket this weekend.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Ok Still having the same problem P0301 code. Replaced valve cover gasket and all 4 injectors over the weekend. Also did a compression check and all came out good. Any ideas what might be causing this code? It also seems to be getting worse and hesitating more on take off.
