Water Pump Inlet Tube Leaking-Replacement Not Snug
Hey guys. I changed my water pump about a year ago, and used the old "water pump inlet tube", but it would always leak a little anti-freeze. I tried buying a replacement from O'Reilly Auto Parts, but it is also a little loose, and not very snug. I think I might of widened the hole by messing with it too much. Any ideas on how to make this a tight, non-leaking fit? I thought about using teflon tape, but didn't know if that would break off inside the cooling system. Maybe I can use some sort of sealant around the edges, once I have it in there? I know that it will get super hot, so it has to stay good under intense heat. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

I've got some Super Blue Silicone Gasket Maker by VersaChem. http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/de...1759&ppt=C0137 Is that the same thing, or is there a brand/type you guys would recommend, that I can get at AutoZone or Oreilly? Thanks.
