Default Neon No Spark No Fuel

Hi, my 1995 Dodge Neon has absolutely no spark. Turns over fine but no spark no fuel.

Think it might be the computer.

Tell me what you think.

Thanks

coil is good. i have actually tried 2 different coils. I tested for spark in the wires and they all do not have any spark. I have 2 different ecu computeres for the car. i have a 5 speed one that is the stock computer and i have an automatic one. I put my diagnostic computer on the car to read the problem and it wont even show that there is a ecu computer hooked up when i have the stock 5 speed computer in. but when i put the automatic ecu computer in it shows there is a torque converter problem which is correct because it is a 5 speed car.

so idk if it would be a cam sensor or a crank sensor or a new computer.

i dont want to go out and buy a new crank sensor for 70 dollars and the plug for it which is 25 dollars.

i need to figure out why my neon will not start.

someone please help give me your suggestions.

thank you

yeah i think that could be the problem too. i will try it and see if it works. first i am gonna hook a new computer up to it. then i will go for the cam sensor and crank sensor. and if that doesnt work the car will be scrapped probablly.

I thought both the coil (spark) and fuel pump are controlled by the PCM via the fuel pump fuse.

Something to check if you are still having no fuel/spark.

sounds like a cam sensor, try going to a pick and pull junkyard for that if your not wanting to pay for a new one. buying a used one from a junk yard would be the best bet if your not sure that is the issue. Also, if there is more than one neon there I would grab all the sensors you can. bring pants with deep pockets
