you can also spray some wd40 on the belt while its running (watch out for he fan while its running) underside is the best.. if the noise stops then its your belt.. the belt can make the noise very easily if its getting water dripped on it by a failing water pump. keep an eye on your coolant level and operating temps for a while.. make sure your not leaving a puddle when you park..

If you replaced the belts several times and later on it starts to squeal, I would recheck your belt alignment to all the pulleys and make sure it is tracking straight. An off set pulley of belt not sitting properly in the grooves will cause this problem. Worth checking into. By the way, Goodyear belts suck, they stretch out too easily. I would replace belts with one made from Gates.

I had this problem too
I recently had this problem and funny enough it was the water pump. For some reason (I did not really understand) the water pump was kind of shaking (screw loose). This was causing a vibration on my serpentine belt, which was causing the squealing... no matter what else I changed/fixed. In the end it started to heat up, got the water pump fixed and no more squealing noise.
Hope that helps
