2002 Dodge Ram stops running every 10-15 minutes
I need some help troubleshooting my dodge ram. It shuts down after about 15 minutes of run time. The RPM needle bounces around erratically. If I disconnect the battery and wait 10 minutes it will start. I have checked the alternator, battery, fuel pump pressure on the fuel rail (45-50PSI), relays, CPS, and O2 sensors. - all okay. I let it idle for 10-15 minutes- same thing happens. You can hear the fuel pump relay switching and electrical noise in the engine. I pulled fuse number 19 (ECM) - electrical pulses stop. I then replaced the fuse and pulled fuse number 20(Ingition unlock run/start) and the problem stopped. I disconnect the battery for about 10 minutes and it starts up. I have pulled the control module(computer) as the next step for analysis by a friend. Does anyone have any other ideas? Of have you seen a similar issue - could it be the coils?

I am getting random error codes - P0320, P0725 - Both are due to the engine dying. I replaced several of the sensors troubleshooting and it did not fix the problem. I got the o2 sensor error because the un burned gas got into the exhaust. I replaced the Crank Postion Sensor - did not fix the problem.
Last night, I pulled just the ECM fuse after it died and the noise(injectors), pump relay triggering stopped - replaced the fuse and was able to start the engine again. The engine died again (10-15 minutes) I pulled fuse number 20 - ignition unlock run/start - noise, pump relay triggering stopped - After replacing the fuse, I could start the engine without resetting the computer. I ran the truck until it died again - pulled fuse 20 then reinstalled. I was once again able to start the truck immediately afterwards without resetting the computer. I think the problem might be in that circuit. It appears to be happening when the truck is at normal operating temperature.

Man, the exact same thing is happening to me since the past 2 days (now at wednesday). Last week thursday I remember the symptoms.
1. thursday I crank the truck and notice it will not start immediately instead took like 9 seconds
2.friday same thing.
3. saturday same
4. sunday fine in the morning but late evening out for some pizza the truck turned off and did not want to turn back on after 13 minutes, made it home.
5. relaxed labor day went no where
6. Tuesday heavey rain in the morning arrived at work fine, BUT on the way home from work turned off after 15 minutes.thinking it was my battery i purchased a new one ($105) they tested it was bad so what the hay, made it home (most likely cause i was there like 1 hour) hahah
7. wednesday arrived at work in heavey rain ok but on the way to lunch died had to wait 20 minutes. Had my brother (and his wife) pick up the truck from work for a diagnostic code check at autozone and got the P0320 error so i bought the crankshaft sensor (duralast) gonna return it tommorrow with a manual for my truck 03 dodge ram 6 cycl. He left it at autozone then I wne to pick it up and nothing but troubles on the way home every 10 minutes die then I noticed the temperature but most of all THE RPM GOING CRAZY then shut off.
I already placed an order on the camshaft sensor part at autozone via the internet and hope it fixes the problem. I will post the results as soon as I put it on.
Is there any thing you can tell me cause per the crankshaft sensor it can break and pieces can falll inside. Do you have an image of where the camshaft is?? THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR INFO!!
