Power wagon Winch Problems, Changing plugs?
I went to use my winch and its dead, No click from the solenoids nothing. Checked out the battery connections and everything looked A ok.Anyone else had warn winch issues on the Pw? I was also curious About doing the spark plugs 've herd of guys snapping them off in the head and that there a royal B*tch. Im just wondering if there that bad or if this is just bs from guys who couldnt drive a nail in with a sledge hammer. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Three Warns for me over the last 16 years. Never a hint of a problem from any of them. Unless you blew all four solenoids, you should at least get a "click". So my guess would be that you are not getting power to the unit (bad ground maybe). Take you a meter and start checking for where you are losing continuity.
As far as the plugs go, the back two are a b*tch! but do-able...

I dunno if I'd try that? I've only worked one of my Warns hard enough (tree clearing for ATV trails up at the farm) to overheat it and have it cut off on me. After a short period of time it cooled off and went right back to pullin'. I'd rather have to give my winch a short "breather" than burn it up...
