the cluster needs to be removed then a simple quarter turn of the bulb base and out they come, now finding the right bulb may be the hardest part, the little itsy bitsy bulbs arent sold in the auto stores, usually a trip to the dealer or junkyard is required.

if you need instructions on how to pull apart the dash and luster I can provide u with them

I have had to replace a bulb on my '04 and I could not complete step 8. I did not want to do any damage to the cluster so gave up and found a way to replace the bad bulb. I now have another bad bulb and want to replace all the bulbs. It would be much easier if I could get the cluster harness connector loose.

What step(s) are needed to get it loose?

Default I had the same issue.

I replaced the bad bulbs without disconnecting the harness. I didn't want to take a chance on damaging it and there was enough room to easily replace the bulbs.

Default Replacing dash light bulbs on caravan

This is what I did on my van. You can do this if you have a hard time finding the PC74 bulb (Bulb and base together) or if you want to replace original bulb with an LED type light.
This is an easy way to save the base off the old bulbs.

Is the procedure the same for a 2007 Town and Country also?
