Default Block heater plug location

Is anyone able to give me an approximate location where dodge ties up the block heater plug from factory? Its a Canadian truck so It should have one. Cheers

Here, let me look it up in the owner's manual for you...

1500 Models
The engine block heater cord is routed under the hood on
the passenger side of the vehicle near the right head lamp
assembly. It is located between the front grill and the
radiator, but underneath the black upper seal.
Sometimes those things come in handy...

Sorry for the sarcasm in that case. As a side note, you can download the owner's manual from the dodge.com web site in the 'owners' section. At least that way you'll have something.
