Default 99 5.2L V-8 What is the normal oil pressure reading

Oil pressure reading 30 is that about where it should be for this model.
Also own 98 Ram with V6 motor and it is always 50 or higher
Thanks

It that at idle? Or cruising down the road?

V-6s generally do run higher pressures.

Minimum factory specs are 7 psi at curb idle (in neutral) and 30 psi at 3000 rpm. This is on a mechanical gauge though. Don't believe the electrical gauge in the dash. It pretty much only tells you that you have pressure, not what it is.
