no start no crank signal

hello,
I have a 2001 dodge stratus with a 2.4 liter. The motor went out and I replaced it with a 2003 2.4 salvage yard motor. The problem I'm have is I'm only getting firing from the # 1 and 4 cylinders. # 3 & 2 are not firing. Needing answers on where and what I may need to do to solve this problem. I have compression, gas, but no spark from plup wires 2 and 3.

2003 dodge stratus
I used the coil from my old and new salvage motor and i'm getting the same results. Would the crank sensor on the 2003 motor play a part in it not starting. The 01 crank sensor is different than the 03 sensor but the plugs are the same. It seem strang that bolt coils are doing the same the and they look identical. your feed back is greatly appreciated.

Vineugn...if you haven't tried a wire set, i'd try it first. It could be you just have two bad wires. If not, work your way back from the coil to the computer. Also be very careful with the signal plug to the coil pack...a spread pin on the connector is enough to cause your problem.
Hellnent 72... I'd start with cleaning the dirty connection, an oily plug is not what id call a good connection. You could also look at the ASD circuit.
