I would give all the linkages a good check over tie rods, ball joints and the track bar. Kind of sounds like something is loose letting things load up and the flop when you brake.

 

Seems like ball joints or tie rod ends. Could be trac bar.

Jack up our truck (pick a front side) and when the wheel and tire is off the ground. Wrestle with it a bit and see if there is play. Easiest is to use one arm to push the top part of the wheel/tire and the other arm to pull the bottom. If there is play, then it is ball joints. Also do the same side to side.

 

Track bar, upper and lower ball joints, wheel joints have all been replaced as well, forgot to mention. Any idea now? I will check the tie rods but I'm pretty sure they are ok.

 

Hmm... warped rotors would shake when you were slowing down..... what exactly do you mean by "shake"? Is it a slight vibration, or a noticeable "jump" kind of shake? Does your steering wheel shake in tune with the motion? Truck pull to one side when you let off the brakes? Can you determine if it originates from the front or rear of the truck?

Sorry for the all of the questions, just trying to narrow down some possibilities.

 

It's like, a very sudden wobble feeling, last about 3 or so seconds until the truck goes at it's continuous speed in D. The steering wheel is how I found out my truck is doing this. No, the truck still goes straight.

 

i would have a look at brake hoses mine does same thing.... just start truck push brakes as hard as you can while in park and see if you can hear caliper easing slowly back in it kida sounds like something rubbing do it with door open on side you suspect

 

Better test would be to jack up the front end, spin the tires to be sure they are free, pump the brakes up really good, then release. Try and spin the front tires again.

 

Check your rubber brake lines going to calipers. If the inside has worn whn you push brake it will be fine, but when you let off brake the rubber will become a flap and come up when releasing brake. This will act as a check valve not allowing the brake flluid to go back into master cyilnder and what not.
