The place that I've seen they go the most are right at the cannister, either the hose end cracking or the clips themselves failing. The quality of the hoses are pretty poor and IMO the clamps they use EVERYWHERE on these trucks are the cheesiest I've ever seen. I tend to replace a clamp with an inexpensive screw type everytime I am working in an area of the truck that has one of the crappy ones.
Although it could be any hose or any clamp, I'd look there first...

If there is, I've never used it. I usually walk into my local auto parts store with a small section of the bad hose and tell them to match it up. They keep bulk hoses in the rear and will cut you a piece at about a buck a foot. Is always a better quality hose than the stock one.
I did a full once-over on my Grand Cherokee for a trip last year and replaced about 3 hose sections that were cracking bad. NONE were coolant hoses, all three were emissions crap related. The GC also uses those **** poor clamps and I replaced some of those also with 50 cent screw type ones. Didn't pop a code, but looking at those hose ends, I knew it wouldn't be long...
