RE: Mods for 5.7 Hemi
The exhaust and air intake are always good places to start as you know.
I know some of the site sponsors have offered specials on headers for the Hemi, as well as offering programmers from Hypertech and/or superchips. Of course you can go real crazy with an STS turbo system. I think i remember something being offered on Dodge Forum as well from our vendors. Might want to do some searches in that section for what they have.

MoparMan try going here http://www.rpmoutlet.com/ramhemi.htm under the section Dynotuned Options. They have the best prices I've seen. Good Luck!

RE: Mods for 5.7 Hemi
buy the sts turbo! Great top end performer. A lot of thought went into this system!............... WORTH THE MONEY!
I have an 04' QC 4x4 AWD hemi with stock 3.92 gears. In stock form, I ran it down the 1/4 mile at 16.64 seconds.
I just finished installing The sts turbo with boost controller, and their air to water intercooler. I haven't finished tuning the system yet, but let me tell you, from zero to 60, it feels like a 15 second truck, and from 60 and on it feels like a high 12 second truck.
I suspect 1/4 mile times to be mid 13's, and top speed easily 150mph+ (past the speed limiter) when all said and done. Pretty damn good for a 3 ton tank!
I have an APS 2500 stall converter on the way, and thoughts of a dual set of 4.56 gears in the future as well.
