Default 2004 Ram 2500 power steering pump bad????

My 04 2500 Ram has a 5.7 Hemi. I noticed a few weeks back that the power steering seems to be getting stiffer at slow speeds. Checked the flud... fine. Also no leaks. Now today I can't even move the wheels 1" at a stand still. it's a strugle even at about 5 MPH. Once again no fluid loss.. no leaks.

Any ideas?

The power steering pump does click (tick tick tick tick) when I try to turn. I'm thinking the pump.... but I really really don't want to replace it if I don't have to.

hey man ive replaced mine 3 times something wrong with the pumps.....if i had to guess....front end is too big the pump is rather small....plunger blows out too....if i were you before you do what i did....look for an aftermarket pump for replacement might be more money but it would be worth it...also these pumps dont like maximum turning so if your turning ur wheel all the way to the right or the left they **** theirselves....happy trails my third one is going out right now youd think id take my own advice lol....hope that helps
