Default Power Seats Not Working 98' 4x4

My daughter moved the driver seat forward and when I got in to drive the seat would not work, i checked the passenger seat and the same thing not working. I replaced the 50amp fuse under the hood and both seats are still not working. Is there a reset button somewhere, any help please?

I think your next step is to get a volt meter and start checking for voltage....

Ok I pulled the fuse and turned the ignition key over and did not see voltage at the prongs, I took other fuses off and found voltage. What is the next step?

so you dont have voltage at the fuse? then you need to figure out what happened to the wires that provide voltage to that fuse and either repair or replace it.
