Arrow Help spindle

I got a 98 durango and i need new spindles bc the previous owners stripped the brake caliper bolt holes on both sides and i put in the over sized bolts in but dont trust them

does anybody make new spindles other then the dealership

You can get them from a number of sources like E-bay and many others. Just google it.

just use a helicoil kit... thats what i had to do and it works perfectly

yea but they r all used and thy can be the say way mine are already

wht size helicoil kit u used and where did u get the bigger bolts to fit

didnt need oversized bolts... the helicoil uses the same oem size bolts. you only drill enough to smooth it out and then tap it and put the coil in... umm the size on my98 was m9x1.25 metric

I've seen many on there brand new not junkers. Just look around if you want new ones.

Regardless, the factory did a TSB on it and the helicoil kits are an approved alternative. However Indy's alternative is great as well:

ive tried the oversized bolts and they work for a little while till the threads rust out even more... just my experience.. had to helicoil both sides of the rig... works perfectly... but if you have the money get new or used ones...
