Default 01 Dodge Durango 4 wheel drive

I have a 2001 Dodge Durango with electronic 4 wheel drive. It won't engage at all. Can anyone point me in the right direction to diagnose the problem?

does your switch light up 4wd when you switch it? you should hear a clicking noise when it engages.

No, I do not get even a light on the dash switch and no clunking or clicking whatsoever. I checked the fuse under the hood and it is ok. Switch maybe?

Thats where I would start. Maybe go to a local junkyard and see if they have one that you could try in place of yours.

Check fuse 11 in the junction block, under the dash. It controls the status lights on the transfer case.
