Default While replacing heater core, should i replace evaporator core?

I am replacing the heater core (i already have another thread for that) and im not sure if i should do the evap core at the same time. Its about 250, but im not sure if i should pay for it. Im sure if it does go out later, then i can remove everything again later. But the ac works for now anyways.... But at least the heater core is being replaced because you certainly dont need that to leak, but i can live wtihout ac if the evap goes out.

Two completly independant systems. If the A/C is working than there is no need to do it. If you can clean the evaporator while your at it, it couldnt hurt. All that dust and crud can build up over time and restrict airflow and heat exchange.
