so i want to get brighter that stock bulbs for both my headlights and fog lights but don't know what to get. I went to get the PIAA's intense white but they don't make them for my fog lights so i decided to wait. i like them so i thought about just getting them for my headlights and getting something else for the fog but what could i get?? I also thought about the silver star ultra's for both.

I want a more white light, none of that blue colored crap. any suggestions of a combination of bulbs?? or a suggestion of a fog light bulb if i get the PIAA's??(maybe an LED bulb?? not sure if they even make one)

 

I just had a headlight go out the other night, actually. I've been meaning to get online and look at what's out there, myself, but haven't gotten around to it. I'd like something brighter, but think I'm going to stick with a direct swap out for now and not really looking to do a complete lighting upgrade with LED's or anything like that. Sorry I don't have anything to offer, but I'm following this thread for suggestions.

 

my buddy has an 05 RCSB hemi and hes got silver star ultras in both and it makes a hell of a difference. i have all stock bulbs in mine and i love driving at night, but when i ride with him it makes my lights look really dull, i'll be getting them soon for all my lights thats for sure.

 

The headlight bulb size is h13 and the fogs are 9006 in case you didn't know. And I'm a fan of the silverstars! We have them on my 78 firebird (cuz lights sucked back then) and my dads jeep. Very clean and bright but not blinding or antthing. Just keep the foglights off when there's other cars or else you may get some light competitions on an old country road

 

I have the PIAA Xtreme White bulbs for headlights and fogs and they are super bright and don't look blue at all even though the tips of them are blue.

 

what year truck do you have because in the 02 they only make them for my headlights! they say its size 9007.

I have an '02 just like you. I have the Xtreme white bulbs and you can get them for the fogs. You were asking about the Intense white and I'm not sure if they have fogs for them. Summit has the Xtremes:

According to this PIAA doesnt even make a bulb for the fog lights. (i even talked with one of there representatives) i talked with summit and they said it was a mistake in there computer too. but if you have them and they work then i guess everyone is screwed up haha

Yeah i've got some in right now. I actually bought them from Radco Truck Accessories, but it looks like Summit has the same ones
