Default Lights Pulsing

Hi everybody. Brand new to the forum, and brand new to Dodge Magnum ownership. I just purchased a 2005 Magnum SL with the 2.7 L engine. Very basic car.

I have driven it about 1500 miles, and tonight the lights started pulsing. While driving, the headlights were pulsing like there was a high load going on and off the electrical system.

No codes, so I pulled the battery to reset things. The problem came back in five minutes of driving.

Any suggestions?

All of the lights are pulsing (headlights, tail lights, dash, everything).

Thanks

Try this, disconnect the head light switch. now your light should stay permently ON.
tools you need will probably be a philip screw driver and flat head screw driver.
Some Charger would have a T20 torx tho.
you remove the knee bolster panel so you can push the switch out from the inside.

1 screw at the bottom (6), one screw on the left side(2). the top is clip on.

Its not a headlight problem, it is an electrical system problem. If it were only the headlights, the tail lights and other items would not be affected as well.

When you flip ON the head light switch, the tail light and dash light comes ON too, right? ur problem is only lighting, right? the head light switch controls ALL lighting in ur car.
or the whole car would choke, sputter, and die out?

I will try it next week (car is getting some paint work now), but I am super doubtful. It is a Can Bus system, so the power for the lights never goes to that switch. That switch is digital (read, on or off). It just tells the computer to turn on the lights of turn off the lights. I don't see how it would dim or pulse the lights.

Default Change the PCM

I replaced the PCM (Contains the Voltage Regulator) and that fixed mine. I have a video up here:
